Methodology
Small claims. Visible receipts.

Scope
The Care-Search Command Center supports one tracked referral source and up to ten identifiable providers in a browser workspace. It generates editable requests, opens routes, stores customer-selected statuses, exports a ledger, and creates 7- and 30-day calendar reminders. The customer sends requests and handles replies directly.
Route checking
For tracked referral sources, we prefer routes published on the organization’s own privacy policy, preference center, control page, terms, or contact page. A search result alone is not enough. The command center shows the date those built-in routes were checked. Provider routes entered by a customer are not verified by GeezerKeeper.
Status labels
- Not started: no action has been logged.
- Sent: the customer records that the request was submitted.
- Verification requested: the recipient asks the customer for an identity step.
- Confirmed: the recipient says it completed or accepted the request.
- Declined: the recipient refuses all or part of the request.
Data minimization
The free generator and paid command center run locally. Their form fields do not submit to GeezerKeeper. The software warns customers not to enter health records, government identifiers, financial data, passwords, or identity documents. Payment data is handled separately by Stripe.
What we do not claim
We do not determine legal rights, guarantee deletion, identify anonymous callers with certainty, block phone numbers, choose care, recommend facilities, or act as a law firm. A “confirmed” label records what the customer selected; it is not an independent audit of another organization’s systems.
Corrections
If a built-in source route is stale or a page misstates a current policy, email corrections@geezerkeeper.com. We will verify the primary source and update the product when appropriate.
