How to stop SeniorHomes.com calls, texts, and emails.
Published July 20, 2026 · Reviewed against SeniorHomes.com's current contact agreement and privacy routes
The short version: withdraw contact consent in the channel reaching you, submit the official privacy request, then contact every senior-care provider you can identify from the trail.
Why SeniorHomes.com may call after a form
SeniorHomes.com's Agreement to Be Contacted says consent may cover SeniorHomes.com, its operating and parent company Caring LLC, affiliates, and partners. It describes calls and texts about senior-living products and services, including automated technology and prerecorded voice.
The same agreement says consent may be withdrawn at any time. That does not mean one request is guaranteed to update every provider that already received the inquiry.
1. Stop the immediate calls and texts
Tell the caller: "Place this number on your internal do-not-call list. I withdraw any prior consent for marketing calls and texts." For SMS messages, reply STOP. Keep the reply or screenshot.
2. Use SeniorHomes.com's official privacy route
Open SeniorHomes.com's Control Your Information page. Its current link redirects to SilverAssist's consumer privacy-rights form. The form may require verification and says requests are usually fulfilled within 45 days.
Ask to stop further marketing contact and data sharing, delete applicable personal information subject to lawful exceptions, and identify the categories of recipients that received the information. Save the confirmation and submission date.

3. Use the current policy contact if needed
SeniorHomes.com's privacy links currently lead to SilverAssist's policy and request form. The current policy lists privacy@silverassist.com for privacy questions and rights requests. Prefer the form for a trackable submission; if you also email, keep a sent copy.
4. Contact every identifiable provider separately
Review caller names, voicemails, texts, and email for organizations that may have received the referral. Send each provider its own stop-contact and applicable deletion request. A SeniorHomes.com, Caring LLC, or SilverAssist request may not update a separate provider's systems.
Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, financial details, passwords, government identifiers, or identity documents in an initial message. If verification is requested, confirm the recipient through an independently published channel first.
5. Check an unfamiliar number without uploading it
GeezerKeeper's private senior-care caller checker compares a number locally against a small source-linked evidence registry. The entered number is not uploaded. A match is a reported association, not verified ownership.
