A real address for a narrow product.

GeezerKeeper supports its free field guides, local browser workspace, Chrome extension, Agent Skill, and public read-only MCP service. It does not choose care, contact providers, submit privacy requests, or accept personal care-search records.

Product and access help

Email help@geezerkeeper.com. For a paid-access problem, write from the purchase email and include the product name. Do not send card details, passwords, medical records, government identifiers, care needs, or a resident list. GeezerKeeper will verify the Stripe transaction and restore access or refund an access failure.

Agent Skill and MCP help

Include the tool name, the approximate UTC time, and the error text. Do not include tool arguments containing personal information. The public MCP accepts only bounded, non-personal choices; its seven tools are read-only, send nothing, and complete no request. Discovery and reference materials are available on the Agent Skill page and route registry.

Chrome extension help

The extension checks only the active tab's hostname after the user clicks it. For installation or supported-site questions, use the extension support page or email the support address above.

Corrections and privacy

For a stale public route or policy date, email corrections@geezerkeeper.com with the primary-source URL. For a privacy question about information GeezerKeeper actually holds, email privacy@geezerkeeper.com. Review the privacy policy, methodology, and terms before sending anything.
