What this little tool can—and cannot—do.

General information only

The site, generator, guides, command center, professional handout, referral chronology, and deadline tracker provide general organizational software and information. They are not legal, medical, financial, privacy-professional, contract, accounting, or senior-placement advice. Laws, contracts, and company policies vary and change.

Independent software

GeezerKeeper is not affiliated with or endorsed by A Place for Mom, Caring.com, any senior-care referral service, or any care provider mentioned on the site. Third-party names identify the services to which self-service routes and instructions relate.

The household purchase

A $19 purchase provides immediate personal or household access to the self-serve Care-Search Command Center as offered at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not include concierge research, submission, monitoring, legal representation, or ongoing human fulfillment. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the paid tool or its access location.

Optional field-guide tips

After receiving the free Private Senior-Care Search Field Guide, you may leave an optional one-time tip from $1 to $100. A tip is payment for free content already provided, is not a charitable donation, unlocks no additional features, and does not replace or include the separate $19 Command Center. If a tip was entered in error, email help@geezerkeeper.com from the purchase email to request help or a refund.

The professional location license

A $59 Professional Client Share Kit purchase grants one practice, firm, or care location a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the client-handout and referral-chronology workspaces. Staff at that location may share an unlimited number of generated handouts with its own clients and keep up to 250 chronology records in the licensed browser workspace. The licensee may add its contact identity but may not remove the core independence statement, safety limitations, source links, or GeezerKeeper attribution. The workspace, access location, source registry, and generated materials may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly republished as a standalone product, white-labeled, or used to create a competing template product.

Free embed and public data

You may place the unmodified GeezerKeeper caller checker on a relevant website using the published embed code. Do not remove its branding, evidence links, uncertainty warnings, or commercial disclosure; intercept entered numbers; imply endorsement or affiliation; or present a reported association as verified ownership. The public evidence compilation is available under CC BY 4.0 as stated on the data page. Attribution does not grant rights in third-party source material, names, or marks.

Your authority and review

Use the household tools only for your own information or for another adult when you are authorized to act for that person. Use the professional chronology only for records the licensed organization is authorized to maintain. You are responsible for reviewing generated materials, confirming facts and destinations, choosing whether to act, responding to verification, and keeping your own source records.

Limits and changing routes

We do not guarantee deletion, a response, a legal outcome, the end of all calls, referral attribution, or whether any fee is owed. A chronology signal states only which entered timestamp is earlier; it is not a contract ruling or tamper-evident audit log. A business-day check-by estimate skips weekends only, does not account for holidays, and does not replace an alert or contract deadline. Organizations may retain information under lawful exceptions, require identity verification, change their contact routes, or reject a request. Unknown and unrelated callers are outside the tool's scope. A route marked as checked reflects the access date shown, not a promise that the third party will keep it unchanged.

Acceptable use

Do not use GeezerKeeper to impersonate another person, harass an organization, submit false claims, interfere with care, evade lawful obligations, automate bulk messaging, or transmit sensitive information the tool warns you not to enter.

Availability and refunds

We aim to keep the purchased tool available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. If verified paid access fails, email help@geezerkeeper.com from the purchase email. We will restore access or refund the purchase. Refunds are also provided where required by law. This access-failure remedy does not promise a response or outcome from any third party. Because delivery is immediate, a change of mind after accessing the digital tool does not automatically qualify for a refund.
